Terms of trade: The purchase of plants or services, or placement of an order with OkGrow constitutes acceptance of these terms of trade.

Wholesale plants are on purchase orders over x 200.

They come in various grades and range from $2.70 each

Payment on  orders over x 1000 plants require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure them.
Payment is due on the invoice date. Any overdue accounts will be charged an extra 2% per month, compounding, together with any recovery costs.

Plants remain the property of OkGrow until fully paid for. Invoices will be emailed to purchasers.

Site Visits cost $160 plus mileage.

Damage from hares and other pests are the responsibility of the plant purchaser, and Ok Grow will not take any responsibility for any pest damage after the plants
have left the nursery. Nor will OkGrow have any liability resulting from
residual or any herbicides used by the buyer of the plants.

Exclusions while every care is taken to ensure that all plants are true to type, no warranty, implied or expressed, can be given as to description or performance. All label information and advice provided by OkGrow is intended to be used as
a guide only.

Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

Force majeure. We will not be liable if, due to an event of force majeure (which terms shall include bad weather) we are unable to provide the plants ordered.

Liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the plants sold.

When placing your order please advise when you require the plants. Plants must be picked up on the agreed date, if you are unable to pick up on the agreed date you must notify nursery at least one week prior.

Trays and Frames If we lend you our root-trainer frames at planting time please ensure these are returned by the end of August and that you notify us when you do.

Any not returned frames will be charged at $30/frame.

Please bring us back all pots which we recycle.

Freight and packaging are not included in the prices. Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser and all risks and liabilities for plants will pass from OkGrow to the purchaser when the plants are loaded at the nursery.

OkGrow accepts no responsibility for any damage which may occur during or after delivery of the goods.
